Reporting directly to the VP Operations, this is a key role that will partner closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams.

We’re looking for the perfect fit for a unique role that is part legal and part business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how startups run from the inside by supporting the sales and CS teams, while having an impact from day 1 by owning the legal domain of Oktopost’s business practices!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and manage commercial agreements with customers, vendors and service providers while collaborating with various departments across the company.
  • Ensure Oktopost’s company-wide compliance with a variety of global regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS teams to review, negotiate and deliver customer contracts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a lawyer in the high-tech/business field.
  • Experience in handling commercial and legal negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fast learner, high attention to detail and desire to “roll up your sleeves” and solve problems in a variety of different domains.
